The service

PingWinWin is an AI travel planner in active development. It helps you organise trips and save travel details. Features may change, be added or be removed while the product evolves.

Your account

You need an account to save trips. Please keep your password secure and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use PingWinWin lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content or to access other people’s accounts.

AI-generated recommendations

Parts of PingWinWin produce suggestions automatically. These are recommendations, not guarantees. Automatically generated content can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong.

Please verify important details

Before you rely on anything for an actual trip, check it with the official source. In particular:

• opening hours
• prices
• transport schedules
• booking availability
• travel restrictions and entry requirements
• tickets and reservations

Accuracy of travel information

Travel information changes constantly, and some of what PingWinWin shows comes from third parties. We do not warrant that any place, time, route or detail shown is accurate or current.

Third-party services

PingWinWin uses third-party services, including Google Places for place search and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Their own terms and policies apply to the processing they perform.

External and affiliate links

PingWinWin may include links to external sites. Some of these may in future be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you book or buy through them at no extra cost to you. Where that applies, it will be disclosed on the page.

Bookings

PingWinWin does not book flights, hotels, restaurants or any other travel service. If a link takes you to a provider, you are contracting with that provider, and their terms, prices, cancellation rules and customer support apply, not ours.

Intellectual property

The PingWinWin name, design and software belong to us. The trip content you create belongs to you, and you keep the right to use it however you wish.

Service availability

PingWinWin is offered as it is, and it is still in development. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and features may be unavailable during changes or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information in PingWinWin, from bookings made with third parties, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using PingWinWin at any time and ask us to remove your account. We may suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

These terms will be updated as the product develops. The "last updated" date above shows the most recent version.
