The service

PingWinWin is an AI travel planner in active development. It helps you organise trips and save travel details. Features may change, be added or be removed while the product evolves.

Your account

PingWinWin is intended for people aged 18 and over. An account is required to save a persistent trip. Visitors without an account can request a temporary AI itinerary preview, which PingWinWin does not save. Please keep your password secure and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Using PingWinWin as a guest

Visitors without an account can request a temporary AI itinerary preview. It is not an account-backed trip: PingWinWin does not save its inputs or result, which remain in the open page's memory and are discarded when that page state is refreshed or closed. The preview sends only the destination, requested dates, selected pace and output language to Anthropic; it does not call Google Places, Routes or Maps. Do not enter names or sensitive details. The current in-memory preview state allows up to two generation attempts; retries and regenerations each use an attempt. This is not a server quota tied to one preview. Separately, the API limits requests to two per IP address per hour on each running API instance, and applies a shared cap of 20 valid generation requests per hour and two concurrent generations per process. People sharing an IP address may share its limit. These in-memory limits reset on restart and are independent across instances, so the server may reject requests sooner; two page attempts are not guaranteed for each preview. Only an account-backed trip is saved. Registering or signing in does not automatically transfer or save a preview; use the trip form to create a saved trip. Guest sessions created before preview mode remain valid for 30 days from their start. Hourly cleanup deletes their rows and trips after the 31-day threshold, normally within about 25 hours after expiry if cleanup runs. Existing authenticated ownership checks apply when a legacy guest trip is linked to an account.

Acceptable use

Use PingWinWin lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content or to access other people’s accounts.

AI-generated recommendations

Parts of PingWinWin produce suggestions automatically. These are recommendations, not guarantees. Automatically generated content can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong.

Please verify important details

Before you rely on anything for an actual trip, check it with the official source. In particular:

• opening hours
• prices
• transport schedules
• booking availability
• travel restrictions and entry requirements
• tickets and reservations

Accuracy of travel information

Travel information changes constantly, and some of what PingWinWin shows comes from third parties. We do not warrant that any place, time, route or detail shown is accurate or current.

Third-party services

PingWinWin uses third-party services, including Google Places for place search and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Their own terms and policies apply to the processing they perform.

Google Maps

PingWinWin includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

External and affiliate links

PingWinWin includes links to external sites. Some of these are affiliate links: they take you to a third-party provider, and if you complete a qualifying booking or purchase there, we may receive a commission. Where that applies, it is disclosed on the page.

Bookings

PingWinWin does not book flights, hotels, restaurants or any other travel service. If a link takes you to a provider, you are contracting with that provider, and their terms, prices, cancellation rules and customer support apply, not ours.

Intellectual property

The PingWinWin name, design and software belong to us. What you enter into PingWinWin, such as your trip details and plans, remains yours. Itineraries and other suggestions are generated automatically: we do not claim ownership of them, and to the extent we have any rights in them, you may use them freely. Automatically generated content may not be protected by copyright and may be similar to content generated for other users. Place names, map data and other information from third parties remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.

Service availability

PingWinWin is offered as it is, and it is still in development. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, and features may be unavailable during changes or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information in PingWinWin, from bookings made with third parties, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using PingWinWin at any time and delete your account yourself on your profile page. We may suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated as the product develops. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent version.
